Job Responsibilities
Key responsibilities of the LPN include:
- Providing direct patient care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse (RN).
- Collecting data, observing patient condition, and reporting changes in condition.
- Conducting nursing assessments and contributing to care planning.
- Supervising and monitoring patient care provided by unlicensed staff.
We offer flexible scheduling options to accommodate your needs, including Full Time, Part Time, and PRN shifts. Every other weekend is required.
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you must meet the following requirements:
- Graduate of an approved school for practical or vocational nursing.
- Currently licensed by the State Board of Nursing or pending licensed practical nurse licensure.
- Maintain current BLS/CPR certification if employed at a skilled nursing center or as required by the state of practice if an assisted living facility.
