Bus Monitors

We are seeking a dedicated Bus Monitor to ensure the safety and well-being of students during their bus rides. The ideal candidate will have experience working with children and possess excellent communication and conflict management skills.

Location: Wallingford, CT USA

Responsibilities:

• - Assist students in boarding and exiting the bus safely
• - Ensure students are seated properly and wearing seat belts
• - Maintain order and discipline on the bus
• - Communicate effectively with students, parents, and school staff
• - Monitor student behavior and intervene when necessary
• - Collaborate with the bus driver to address any issues that arise during the route

Experience:

• - Ability to educate and manage student behavior effectively
• - Knowledge of conflict management techniques
• - Familiarity with special education needs is a plus
