Responsibilities
- Lead and manage clinical research projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and objectives.
- Supervise and mentor research staff, fostering a collaborative and productive laboratory environment.
- Oversee the design and implementation of clinical trials, including protocol development and participant recruitment strategies.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and GCP guidelines throughout the research process.
- Manage research data collection, analysis, and reporting, ensuring accuracy and integrity of results.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align research goals with organizational objectives.
- Prepare and present findings to stakeholders, including internal teams and external partners.

Experience
