The position of the Service Booker is to post final charges on completed repair orders, verifying that all labor and parts charges are documented.
Qualified applicants will have a High School Diploma or G.E.D., minimum one to two years booker experience, excellent customer service skills; ability to pass a background check, drug screen, and motor vehicle report required.

QUALIFICATIONS (minimum Requirements)
- High School Diploma or G.E.D.
- Minimum one to two years booker experience.
- Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong computer skills
- Must be detail-oriented
- Working knowledge of activities, methods, procedures and policies of the Service Department
- No supervisory responsibilities required with this position.
- Reviews all repair paperwork to ensure proper documentation and criteria are applied to all repair orders.
- Responsible for flagging technician labor, transcribing technician story descriptions and review to insure proper documentation and time stamp.
- Posts final charges on completed repair orders, and make sure that necessary support documentation is with repair order.
- Verifies that proper operation codes and warranty damage codes are present on documentation and in compliance with service department and manufacturer standards
- Must be familiar with a dealer's procedures, and follow all rules and regulations, especially those mandated by local, state and federal governments.
- Fosters and maintains excellent relations between customers, service department, parts department, and warranty admin.
- Maintains professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing professional publications; establishing personal networks; participating in professional societies.
- Some overnight travel may be required as needed. (Lodging, meals and travel expenses are compensated per company guidelines.)
- Adhere to work schedule and maintain regular attendance.
- Performs Wallwork Inc.-wide duties as requested by the designated supervisor.
- Upholds Wallwork Inc. ethical standards and demonstrate the behavioral and service expectations as defined in our policies and procedures.
