JOB SUMMARY
The Finance Manager is responsible for profitability in both the new and used finance departments and for customer retention. To achieve this, they must effectively manage the sales process; have a strong knowledge of the indirect lending business and ancillary products offered to customers and possess exceptional customer relations skills.
QUALIFICATIONS (minimum requirements)
Education and/or experience required:
- High School Diploma or G.E.D.
- College Degree in Business, Sales, or related field.
- Five years of experience in the automotive sales environment.

- Supervisory responsibilities are required with this position.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND ACCOUNTABILITES
- Will offer finance/lease options to every customer as well as offering ancillary products endorsed by the dealership.
- Will complete all paperwork associated with the purchase/finance/lease of a vehicle from Valley Imports.
- Will meet with vehicle sales consultants to ensure they are properly trained to introduce, endorse, and assist in completion of sales transactions for maximum customer satisfaction and profitability.
- Will attend monthly meetings with the dealership’s Sales Manager to review forecasts and profits.
- Will work directly with the Sales Managers on making recommendations on both short and long-range finance and lease promotions and ancillary product plans.
- Will attend to customer complaints, ensuring that a high level of customer satisfaction is obtained.
- Adhere to work schedule and maintain regular attendance.
- Performs W.W. Wallwork, Inc. wide duties as requested by the designated supervisor.
- Upholds W.W. Wallwork, Inc., ethical standards and demonstrates the behavioral and service expectations as defined in our policies and procedures.
