Wallwork Truck Center Inventory Specialist (M-F 8am-5pm)

 QUALIFICATIONS (minimum requirements)

 Education and/or years’ experience required:

• High School Diploma or G.E.D.
• Minimum of one year inventory experience.

 Preferred/Required Skills and Abilities:

• Excellent communication skills
• Must possess general math skills
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
• Must be able to work independently as well as be a team player in the department

 Supervision of others/decision making aptitude (if applicable):

• No supervision responsibilities required with this position.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND ACCOUNTABILITES

• Maintain and order parts as needed.
• Make sure all inventory is documented and accounted for accurately.
• Loading part number, prices, and part descriptions into computer database.
• Processing and reconciling inventory invoices and requesting credits as needed.
• Processing freight claims and requesting credits for damaged loads as needed.
• Cleanliness and organization of warehouse and bulk area.
• Managing inventory returns.
• Review and code all incoming invoices to the assigned General Ledger accounts.
• Core management, processing, and reconciling.
• Enter data for quantities of parts issued and transferred between locations, inventory and cycle count adjustments, into computer database.
• Adhere to work schedule and maintain regular attendance.
• Performs Wallwork Inc.-wide duties as requested by the designated supervisor.
• Upholds Wallwork Inc. ethical standards and demonstrate the behavioral and service expectations as defined in our policies and procedures.
