BDC - Internet Sales Representative

Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Automotive BDC Agent to join our dealership team. The BDC Agent will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, emails, and texts to schedule appointments, follow up with customers, and support the sales department. This role plays a vital part in driving traffic to the dealership and providing an exceptional customer experience.

Salary: $42000.00 - $60000.00 per year

You will be required to respond promptly to Internet, phone, and chat inquiries with professionalism and enthusiasm. Schedule and confirm appointments for Sales Department. Follow up with prospective customers through phone calls, emails, and texts to ensure they are being taken care of. Maintain accurate, detailed, and up-to-date records in the CRM system. Meet daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals

We are looking for someone with strong communication skills, the ability to multitask in in fast-paced environment. Basic computer proficiency and the ability to use multiple programs at once is a must. Previous automotive or customer service experience is a plus.
