Responsibilities
Client Engagement: Interact with potential buyers in a friendly and professional manner, understanding their needs and providing guidance throughout the car purchasing process.
Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our inventory, including features, specifications, and pricing, to provide accurate and helpful information to customers.
Negotiation: Collaborate with customers to find mutually beneficial pricing agreements and options that fit their budget.
Test Drives: Accompany customers on test drives, showcasing the features and benefits of each vehicle.
Documentation: Complete all necessary paperwork accurately and efficiently, ensuring a smooth sales process.
Follow-Up: Maintain contact with customers post-sale, ensuring their satisfaction and addressing any concerns.
Requirements
Experience: Previous experience in auto sales is preferred.
Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively engage with customers and provide information on vehicles.
