Summary

As a Landscape Laborer at Wally's Landscape Co LLC, you will be an essential part of our team responsible for maintaining and beautifying outdoor spaces. This role is vital to our mission of delivering exceptional landscaping services that meet our clients' needs.

Responsibilities

• Perform landscape maintenance tasks including mowing, trimming, and planting.
• Assist in tree care activities such as pruning and removal.
• Utilize power tools and equipment safely for various landscaping tasks.
• Dig and prepare soil for planting or installation of landscape features.
• Build and maintain garden beds, pathways, and other outdoor structures.
• Conduct snow plowing during winter months as needed.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient project completion.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in landscape maintenance or related field is preferred.
• Knowledge of tree care practices and lawn care techniques.
• Ability to operate power tools safely and effectively.
• Basic mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot equipment issues.
• Physical stamina to perform manual labor outdoors in various weather conditions.
• Familiarity with gardening techniques and building landscape features is a plus.

Expected hours: 40 – 50 per week

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
• Overtime
• Weekends as needed
