Wally’s Nissan of Hazleton is seeking a highly experienced and driven General Manager to lead our dealership to new levels of success in sales, profitability, and customer satisfaction. As part of an established and growing dealer group, we need a hands-on leader who understands the new car dealership business inside and out, can desk deals, and work closely with manufacturers while actively driving sales performance.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead, manage, and drive the entire dealership operation—sales, F&I, and overall profitability.
- Desk deals daily to maximize gross profit, volume, and customer experience.
- Maintain strong relationships with the manufacturer, ensuring compliance and hitting performance targets.
- Be active on the showroom floor, working with sales teams, closing deals, and mentoring staff.
- Oversee inventory management—ordering, stocking, and pricing strategies to align with market demand.
- Ensure an exceptional customer experience and maintain high CSI scores.
- Develop and implement strategic sales initiatives to drive revenue and market share growth.
- Lead a high-energy, results-driven team, providing coaching and accountability to meet dealership goals.
- Monitor financial performance, expenses, and operational efficiency to optimize profitability.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven track record as a General Manager, General Sales Manager, or equivalent role at a franchised new car dealership.
- Strong desking and deal-making skills—must be hands-on and actively involved in sales.
- Deep understanding of OEM/manufacturer relations, compliance, and incentive programs.
- Sales-driven mentality with a passion for motivating teams and driving results.
- Experience in inventory management, digital marketing, and customer retention strategies.
- Ability to analyze financial statements, P&L reports, and key dealership metrics.
- A leadership style that fosters accountability, teamwork, and high performance.
- Nissan or import brand experience is a plus!

Pay: $60,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
