As a Manager, Global Payroll Services, in the Enterprise Business Services (EBS) team, you will be part of the largest payroll system transformation. Your responsibility to the success of this project goes beyond day-to-day tasks. This implementation involves relationship building, working knowledge of an SAP Payroll system, and accomplishing milestones based on a set program timeline. This role requires partnership with payroll SMEs, business partners, consultants, and vendor partners to accomplish your tasks. In addition, you will use creative and critical thinking skills to ensure your portion of the project is well designed and avoids any impact to associate’s payroll because the software is changing.

• Displaying strong project management skills while driving milestones to their delivery date
• Developing relationships with payroll SMEs, business partners, consultants, and vendor partners
• Adapting quickly to new challenges, business relationships, and situations impacting the project or payroll partners
• Promoting/ensuring compliance and adherence to company policies and procedures

You will sweep us off our feet if…

• You have significant operational payroll experience all on an SAP platform
• You have experience being a project manager or have been involved in a large transformation project
• You can review, comprehend, and communicate effectively complex project design documents
• You can document and drive concise conversations with the business and support change when needed
