We are seeking a Sr. Manager, Record to Report with experience in transformation, process design, and systems. The successful candidate will lead initiatives across various sectors, identify issues, and design and implement effective solutions. The role involves streamlining processes and integrating systems to accelerate value delivery. The ideal candidate will promote continuous improvement and adaptive transformation, delivering repeatable and scalable solutions.



About Team:

We are a one-stop shop for all mission-critical services that are both high-quality and low-cost. Our team is responsible for a variety of priorities, including solving complex problems for all of our stakeholders across the board by providing world-class services such as Source to Contract, Procure to Pay for Goods Not for Resale, Business Intelligence & Robotic Process Automation, Networking, and Pre & Post Payment Audits.


What you'll do:

  • Identify root causes of issues and design solutions for effective operational accounting by leveraging technology and minimizing risk.
  • Design and implement processes to effectively support new initiatives and future growth while ensuring quality accounting and controls.
  • Lead and manage transformation initiatives across various sectors to optimize operational efficiency.
  • Identify operational bottlenecks and design effective, innovative solutions to enhance productivity.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement and foster adaptive transformation within the teams.
  • Clearly and routinely communicate benefits to partners and stakeholders.
  • Deliver first-time-right solutions that align with company values and objectives, while fostering personal and team development.
  • Direct the implementation of initiatives and process improvements, translating strategy into actionable plans and managing resources.
  • Drive execution of business plans and projects, identifying and addressing performance barriers, and demonstrating adaptability and continuous learning.



What you'll bring:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
  • 8 years of experience in accounting, finance, or related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to strategize and implement process improvements.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to challenge the status quo.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software.
