What are the responsibilities and job description for the Digital Team Lead position at Walmart?
This position is responsible for the operations of a department. An individual in this position will be expected to perform additional job related responsibilities and duties as assigned. The Digital Team Lead will execute the Pickup plan in the store, update the operations board with key performances. Auditing customers orders to ensure they are fulfilled correctly. Teaching and training associates to meet the pickup expectations and company goals. Supporting to improve the efficiencies in store by leveraging metrics and leadership insight to resolve operational gaps. Picking and loading orders, executing process improvements, evaluating the execution of the program plans and projects. Must be able to demonstrate leadership capabilities to lead a team, have strong communication skills and excellent customer service skills.
