We are seeking a dedicated Assembly Packer to join our growing team! The Assembly Packer will be responsible for assembling, inspecting, and packing products to ensure they meet quality standards. Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To:
- Assemble, inspect, and pack products according to company specifications
- Perform quality control checks on finished goods before packing
- Ensure correct labeling and documentation for all packed items
- Operate packaging and assembly equipment safely and efficiently
- Follow detailed work instructions and meet production quotas
- Maintain a clean and organized work area to ensure safety and efficiency
- Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to meet deadlines
- Handle materials carefully to avoid damage or contamination
- Follow safety protocols and wear appropriate PPE
Assist in other warehouse or production duties as assigned
Skills & Qualifications:
- Previous assembly, packaging, or manufacturing experience preferred but not required willing to train!
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, detail-oriented environment
- Strong hand-eye coordination and ability to work with small parts
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for long periods
- Basic computer skills for tracking inventory and orders (a plus!)
- Excellent attention to detail to ensure high-quality output
- Ability to follow written and verbal instructions
- Strong team player with a positive attitude
