We are seeking a reliable and organized individual to join our team as an Inventory Clerk / Material Handler. In this role, you will be responsible for a combination of inventory control and material handling tasks to support our warehouse operations.
Responsibilities include:
- Inventory Control:
- Perform cycle counts and physical inventory counts to ensure accuracy.
- Investigate and resolve inventory discrepancies.
- Receive, inspect, and store incoming materials.
- Accurately record inventory transactions in the ERP system.
- Monitor inventory levels and report any shortages or excess stock.
- Generate inventory reports.
- Maintain organized inventory storage locations.
- Material Handling:
- Load, unload, and move materials within the warehouse.
- Pick and pack orders for shipment.
- Prepare materials for production.
- Operate material handling equipment, such as forklifts, pallet jacks, and hand trucks.
- Ensure proper labeling and packaging of materials.
- Maintain a safe and efficient flow of materials throughout the facility.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.
- The Inventory Clerk / Material Handler will work collaboratively with other warehouse staff.
Skills/Qualifications:
- Proven experience as an Inventory Clerk / Material Handler or in a related role.
- Experience with inventory control procedures and ERP systems.
- Ability to perform accurate inventory cycle counts.
- Ability to operate material handling equipment (e.g., forklift certification preferred).
- Ability to lift and move materials as required.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Excellent organizational and time management skills.
- Good communication skills.
- Ability to follow instructions and work independently.
- Reliable and punctual.

- 1st & 2nd Shift Hours Available
