Machine Operator

We are looking for motivated Machine Operators to join our team on 3rd shift. This role is ideal for individuals with a strong mechanical aptitude and a desire to grow within a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Responsibilities Include, But Are Not Limited To:

• Operate, monitor, and adjust machinery to ensure efficient production.
• Set up and troubleshoot equipment as needed to maintain quality standards.
• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet customer and company specifications.
• Replenish raw materials and stock as needed to maintain workflow.
• Perform routine maintenance and report any mechanical issues.
• Follow safety protocols and company policies to maintain a safe work environment.
• Work closely with supervisors and team members to meet production goals.
• Record production data and report any quality issues to management.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to 5S and safety standards.

Skills & Qualifications:

• ️ Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred but not required willing to train!
• Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot machinery.
• ️ Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and work orders.
• Attention to detail to ensure quality control and accuracy.
• Basic math and measurement skills experience with calipers/micrometers a plus!
• Ability to stand for long periods, lift up to [weight], and perform repetitive tasks.
• Dependable and punctual with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
