We are seeking a skilled Machine Operator – Laminating Machine to join our production team. This role requires prior experience with laminating machines and a strong background in manufacturing. As a Machine Operator – Laminating Machine, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of equipment and maintaining high-quality production standards in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Operate and monitor laminating machines to produce high-quality materials.
- Set up machines according to production specifications, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Perform routine checks and adjustments to ensure consistent machine performance.
- Conduct regular quality inspections of finished products to meet company standards.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues with machinery to minimize downtime.
- Load and unload raw materials and finished products safely and efficiently.
- Maintain detailed records of production activities and machine performance.
- Perform routine cleaning and maintenance of laminating machines to ensure optimal functionality.
- Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet production targets and deadlines.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience with laminating machines is required.
- Previous manufacturing experience is required.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot equipment issues.
- Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining quality standards.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team setting.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and lift materials up to 50 lbs
- Familiarity with safety protocols and willingness to adhere to them consistently.
- Flexibility to work either the 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM or 11:00 PM - 7:30 AM shift.
