We are looking for dedicated and reliable Production Workers to join our growing team. The Production Worker will be responsible for operating machinery, assembling products, performing quality checks, and ensuring efficient workflow in a manufacturing environment. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Operate and monitor production machinery to meet daily production goals.
- Assemble, package, and inspect products according to company quality standards.
- Perform routine quality checks to ensure products meet specifications.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, adhering to safety and 5S standards.
- Handle raw materials, monitor inventory levels, and report discrepancies to supervisors.
- Assist with material movement and storage within the warehouse or production area.
- Follow detailed work instructions and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
- Identify and troubleshoot minor equipment issues and notify the maintenance team as needed.
- Maintain accurate production logs and complete necessary documentation.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including health and safety regulations.
- Support team members in achieving production goals and maintaining workflow efficiency.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Previous experience in manufacturing, warehouse, or production environments preferred but not required—willing to train!
- Ability to follow instructions and work efficiently in a fast-paced setting.
- Strong attention to detail and quality control.
- Ability to stand, lift, bend, and perform repetitive tasks throughout the shift.
- Comfortable working with machinery and production tools.
- Basic math and reading skills required for understanding work orders and documentation.
- Forklift experience is a plus but not required.
