We are seeking motivated and reliable Warehouse Associates to join our distribution center team. As a Warehouse Associate, you will play a key role in receiving, sorting, packing, and shipping products in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Pick, pack, and prepare orders for shipment according to company standards.
- Load and unload trucks safely and efficiently.
- Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, or RF scanners (training provided).
- Maintain accurate inventory records and report discrepancies.
- Perform quality checks to ensure shipments meet company and customer expectations.
- Keep warehouse organized, clean, and compliant with safety regulations.
- Assist with cycle counts and stock replenishment as needed.
- Follow all company policies, procedures, and workplace safety guidelines.
- Work as a team to meet daily production and shipping goals.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Previous warehouse, distribution, or logistics experience is a plus but not required.
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs and perform repetitive movements.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced and physically demanding environment.
- Basic computer skills or experience with inventory systems is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Must be reliable and able to maintain good attendance.
- Forklift experience is a plus but not required (training available).
