- Make life better for coworkers by assisting when other Customer Service Representatives are out of the office or carrying a heavy workload
- Fill both printers with paper every morning
- Release online orders in a timely manner to help the warehouse pick & load the orders as soon as possible
- Communicate with a high level of professionalism
- Handle incoming phone calls. This includes the taking of orders and answering of any questions about our products or shipping
- Assist our customer service team & transportation team in mailing letters
- Responsible to maintain the accounts that are assigned. Maintaining an account includes:
o Entering credits for returned or shorted items
o Making weekly calls to specified customers
o Maintaining customer pricelists after price changes
- Have a proactive mindset, anticipating the future needs of our customers
- Being able to effectively communicate with the sales team and warehouse personnel to develop solutions for customer issues that arise
- Continue to grow our Private Label customer group by contacting the customers that are approved for orders, and contacting the customers to follow up once they have received an order.
Requirements – To perform well at this position a person must maintain flexibility, be a team player, pay attention to details, and display a personality that promotes collaboration & a drive to make life better for our customers.
