Automotive Service Advisor
Walnut Creek Honda has a rare opportunity! We are seeking an experienced Automotive Service Writer to join our team. This is a very busy shop with a well-stocked parts department and great earning potential for the right person. Automotive Service Writers work a 4-day work week.
Responsibilities Include but are not limited to:
- Promptly meet and greet service customers in a friendly and courteous manner.
- Listen to customer's reasons for bringing in their vehicle to the service department.
- Offer logical diagnostic services or repairs to satisfy customers concerns.
- Provide accurate estimates for all the services or repairs recommended.
- Check on progress of repair throughout the day.
- Contact customers regarding any changes in the estimate or promised time, explain cost and time requirements in detail and get proper authorization before any additional repairs are performed.
Requirements Include but are not limited to:
- Minimum 1-year prior experience as an Automotive Service Writer/Advisor necessary.
- Proven High CSI rating
- Honda/Acura experience preferred
- Reynolds experience is a plus
