As an Assistant Director of Nursing, you will ensure that the residents receive the best possible clinical care.

Scope of Responsibility: To provide consistent high quality care services to each resident and his/her family through leadership, supervision and support of the nursing team. Identify resident needs and promote team approach to resident comfort and care.
Job Requirements/Qualifications:
Currently licensed as Registered Nurse(RN) in the State of Ohio
Must maintain license as required by the facility or the state.
Previous supervisory experience in Skilled Nursing and/or Assisted Living required.
Knowledge of MDS process and care planning desired.
Experience with electronic medical records desired (we use MatrixCare)
