Walnut Media USA, a locally owned media company that operates 6 radio stations, Performance Digital, a digital marketing company, Performance Podcast and Boombox Entertainment. Our philosophy is to provide quality, locally focused programming to our listeners and effective advertising solutions for our clients. We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Multimedia Account Executive to join our team in the Omaha/Lincoln area. We are looking for a passionate, goal-oriented individual with a high business acumen with the desire to win in a fast-paced, competitive sales environment. We are seeking someone who is digitally savvy and will excel in creating integrated marketing campaigns for our clients. The Multimedia Account Executive role seeks an individual to build and maintain strong relationships as well as thriving in an internal culture. Walnut Media Sales territory is primarily the Omaha Metro/Lincoln area!
- Experience: Minimum of 1 year of experience in media sales or account management, preferred. Proven Experience growing a robust sales funnel
- Strong Sales acumen and proficiency in all phases of the sales cycle
- Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients in Omaha and Lincoln. Understand client needs and provide tailored multimedia solutions.
- Sales and Business Development: Identify new business opportunities and generate leads. Develop and present compelling proposals to prospective clients.
- Campaign Management: Oversee the implementation of multimedia campaigns, ensuring that all deliverables are met on time and within budget. Monitor campaign performance and provide clients with regular updates.
- Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities. Use this information to adjust strategies and identify new opportunities.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the creative, digital, and production teams to ensure the successful execution of multimedia projects. Coordinate efforts to meet client expectations and achieve desired outcomes.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field preferred.
- Skills: Strong sales and negotiation skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Proficiency in multimedia and digital advertising platforms.
- Technical Proficiency: Understand the digital landscape and CRM software.
- Self-Motivated: Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- In office Position: Not a remote position
· Possess: a fully insured personal vehicle and valid driver’s license
