Part-Time Maintenance/Handyman – Property Management Company
Opportunity to grow into full-time

We are a property management company seeking a reliable, flexible, and motivated Maintenance/Handyman to join our team based in Riverside, MO. This is a part-time position to start, with the potential to grow into full-time for the right candidate.

About the Role:
You’ll be working closely with the property manager and supporting day-to-day operations across multiple properties. No two days will be the same — one day might involve running errands, and the next could include responding to a maintenance call or picking up materials from a supplier.

Typical Duties:

• Responding to minor maintenance and repair requests (light plumbing, painting, patchwork, etc.)
• Running errands related to property upkeep
• Picking up and delivering materials and supplies
• Coordinating with vendors or contractors when needed
• Performing property checks and basic inspections
• Assisting with turnovers and preparing units for new tenants

What We’re Looking For:

• A self-starter who is dependable, organized, and takes pride in their work
• Flexible and adaptable – open to a variety of tasks and shifting daily priorities
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Basic tools and handyman experience preferred

Schedule & Compensation:

• Part-time to start, with potential to grow into a full-time position
• Pay based on experience
• Flexible hours
