What You’ll Do:
- Engage with customers to understand their travel and lifestyle needs, guiding them to the perfect RV.
- Conduct walkthroughs and product demonstrations to highlight key features and benefits.
- Follow up with leads via phone, text, email, and in-person to maintain relationships and close sales.
- Work closely with the finance and service departments to ensure a seamless buying experience.
- Stay up to date on industry trends, promotions, and product knowledge.
- Maintain an organized CRM to track customer interactions and follow-ups.
What We’re Looking For:
- A love for sales and a passion for helping customers. Prior RV or automotive sales experience is a plus but not required.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills. You should be comfortable talking to people from all walks of life.
- Self-motivated and driven. You’re hungry to hit and exceed sales goals.
- Tech-savvy. Comfortable using CRM software, email, and digital communication tools.
- Ability to work weekends and peak seasons. Our customers shop when they have time, and we want to be available for them!
