Basic Function :
We are seeking an experienced and motivated team player to manage daily investment activities within a dynamic financial services practice. This role emphasizes the importance of client administrative assistance, ensuring the office remains efficient and well-organized. By doing so, financial advisors can dedicate their time and energy to building and nurturing client relationships. The ideal candidate will act as a vital liaison between the home office, financial advisors, and clients, while also supporting and enhancing the sales cycle through streamlined practice efficiencies.
Specific responsibilities include, but are not limited to :
- Financial Documentation : Prepare comprehensive financial statements and investment paperwork to facilitate the opening and maintenance of new and current investment accounts.
- Planning and Proposals : Conduct personal planning analyses and develop investment proposals tailored to client needs.
- Client Onboarding & Money Movement : Monitor and manage the onboarding process for new investment accounts, and coordinate money movements, including stock sales, mutual fund transactions, and other investment-related transfers.
- Data Management : Oversee data entry and streamline processes by gathering all necessary information following advisor meetings with new prospects and existing clients.
- Compliance Support : Perform daily data entry tasks to ensure advisors adhere to compliance regulations.
- Systems & Software Proficiency : Quickly learn and master relevant systems and software to effectively handle daily administrative responsibilities.
