The Indirect Buyer will be responsible for managing the procurement of goods and services that are not directly involved in our production process.

Responsibilities
- First point of contact for all site related purchases
- Challenging, enhancing and standardizing existing procurement practices across all business units to ensure conformity of approach, generate economies of scale and deliver better value for the money
- Maintain relationships with existing suppliers and sourcing of new suppliers as required
- Maximizing profit by leading and managing tendering processes for all indirect purchases
- Realizing and deliver cost savings, together with a range of additional benefits including improved supplier performance, improved quality of service and total cost of performance along with risk management
- Invoice resolutions
- Benchmarking and overall market assessments to support the development of procurement strategies
- Other duties as assigned
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Supply Chain or related field. Master's Degree is a plus
- Minimum of 3 years experience in indirect purchasing
- Automotive Industry experience a plus
- SAP/ERP knowledge preferred
