We are looking for a Quality Manager who will be responsible for maintaining the company Quality standards and ensuring quality products are sent to our customers.

Responsibilities
- Maintains quality assurance objectives complementary to corporate policies and goals.
- Reviews data obtained during all quality assurance activities to ensure consistency with company policies and procedures.
- Prepares for annual ISO9001:2015, IATF16949 and 17025 certifications and audits.
- Ensure company quality records are current and accurate based on internal processes.
- Applies statistical process control (SPC) methods for analyzing data to evaluate the current process and process changes.
- Prepares and presents technical and program information to the management team
- Ensures all equipment, materials, and services are reliable to meet the required standards of performance efficiency.
- Maintains knowledge of government and industry quality assurance codes and standards.
- Designs and implements quality assurance training programs and education to key personnel in conjunction with managers, including internal audits.
- Oversees the investigative and resolution of customer complaints regarding technical or quality issues.
- Works in conjunction with Lab Manager to ensure lab standards and traceability, and that lab capabilities meet customer and technical standards within the industry
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree, a master’s degree is a plus.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in Quality Assurance
- SAP knowledge preferred
- ISO 17025 and ISO 9001:2015, IATF16949 experience required
- Lead/ Internal Auditor Certified: IATF16949 with Core Tools is recommended
