Our Installation Laborers are responsible for the delivery, construction and installation of premium fences, pergolas, mailbox and lantern posts, playsets, and other outdoor structures. This entry level position will work directly with the Crew Lead to ensure successful construction of assigned projects and customer satisfaction.

Job Duties
- Providing the Foreman with assistance with preparation for installations
- Reading and understanding paperwork
- Gathering materials & tools
- Loading the truck
- Truck maintenance
- Help with installation of company product and ensure it is up to company quality and safety standards
- Anticipating which tools to use next and products to install
- Measuring and laying out jobs properly
- Maintaining tools and regularly cleaning them
- Providing proper use and care for special equipment
- Interacting with the customers and salespeople in a positive manner
- Adhere to safety guidelines
