Our client is currently seeking a Project Executive to join their team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in estimating, project management, and utilizing construction software such as Bluebeam. This role involves managing projects within the construction specialty products sector and requires travel. This is a full-time, permanent position.
Responsibilities Include :
- Oversee the successful execution of construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines, budgets, and quality standards.
- Manage project estimation, including preparing accurate cost estimates, resource allocation, and scope definition.
- Use Bluebeam and other construction software for project coordination, documentation, and collaboration.
- Coordinate and communicate with internal teams, clients, subcontractors, and vendors to ensure project success.
- Track project progress, prepare reports, and address any project issues or delays.
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and quality standards throughout all phases of the project.
- Travel within the Tri-State Area to oversee project sites, ensuring timely completion and issue resolution.
