Our client is currently seeking Senior Project Manager / Estimator to oversee large-scale construction projects and lead complex bid processes in both public and private sectors. This dual-role position requires a proven leader who excels in project management, cost estimation, and regulatory compliance to drive successful project outcomes. This is a full-time, permanent position.
Job Responsibilities :
- Oversee project management and estimating duties, primarily focusing on project management (75%) and supporting the estimating team (25%).
- Manage and coordinate large-scale projects, including $20M contracts, ensuring adherence to safety, quality, and timelines.
- Prepare and analyze project plans, specifications, cost estimates, and schedules to ensure efficient resource allocation.
- Lead the development and submission of detailed bid packages.
- Maintain a working knowledge of project-specific requirements such as permitting, licensing, and bonding documentation.
- Provide technical narratives for private bids, clearly defining the scope of work and ensuring alignment with client expectations.
