Our client is currently seeking a Healthcare Regulatory Associate Attorney to join their team. This is a full-time, permanent position.
- Responsibilities Include :
- Review, draft, and negotiate healthcare contracts, ensuring adherence to applicable federal and state regulations.
- Support the development, implementation, and interpretation of healthcare compliance policies and procedures.
- Support clients in regulatory investigations, audits, and enforcement actions. Represent clients in administrative hearings and assist with dispute resolution.
- Conduct research on healthcare laws and regulations, offering clear analysis to internal teams and clients.
- Qualifications :
- Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school.
- Admission to the bar in New York State.
- Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in healthcare regulatory law.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities.
