The successful candidate will provide support to attorneys in all stages of litigation, including case preparation, research, and document management. This involves drafting legal documents, organizing case files, and assisting with trial preparations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support to attorneys, ensuring the smooth progression of cases
- Draft and prepare legal documents, including pleadings, motions, and discovery requests
- Organize and maintain accurate case files, both physical and digital
- Collaborate with team members and clients to ensure effective communication and timely case resolution
Required Qualifications:
- 3 years' experience as a paralegal or legal assistant within a litigation environment
- Strong understanding of litigation procedures and legal terminology
- Excellent attention to detail and strong organizational skills are essential
- Paralegal Certificate or associate's degree in paralegal studies is a plus, but not required
