Description:
Our client is currently seeking a Mechanical Design Engineer to join their team. This is a full-time, permanent position.
Responsibilities Include:
- Design, model and analyze prototypes for new products.
- Use CAD and SolidWorks to design concepts.
- Create parts lists and list costs involved in production.
- Conduct research and create design proposals for projects.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering preferred.
- Proficiency in CAD and SolidWorks is required.
- Knowledge of arithmetic, algebra, geometry, calculus, statistics and their applications is needed.
- Knowledge of materials methods and tools involved in the construction or manufacturing of boilers and water heaters is preferred.
