Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate customer needs and present tailored maintenance solutions through site assessments.
- Develop new business opportunities for preventative maintenance contracts by identifying potential clients and building relationships with them.
- Collaborate with the service and operations teams to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, competitors, and emerging HVAC/R technologies.
Required Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of experience in B2B sales.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with the ability to work independently.
- A valid driver's license and willingness to travel locally for client meetings.
Work Environment:
