Description:
Our client is currently seeking a skilled Heavy Civil Project Manager to join their team. This is a full-time, permanent position.
Responsibilities Include:
- Oversee civil construction projects to ensure they meet quality, budget, and schedule goals.
- Serve as the main contact for clients and manage project contracts.
- Prepare and maintain project documentation, including reports and correspondence.
- Lead construction meetings and document key discussions.
- Identify and resolve construction-related issues.
- Develop cost estimates and negotiate change orders.
- Approve construction schedules and coordinate project timelines.
- Collaborate with owners, architects, and subcontractors.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, architecture, or a related field.
- At least five years of experience in construction management.
- Experience with public sector projects.
- Knowledge of cost estimating, change order negotiation, and construction scheduling.
