Description :
Our client is currently seeking a Real Estate Attorney who will be responsible for assisting with various commercial real estate matters. This is a full-time, permanent position.
Responsibilities Include :
- Draft leases, purchase and sale agreements, and additional documents for commercial real estate transactions.
- Organize the assessment, management, and formulation of commercial leasing and acquisition documentation.
- Work with clients and provide advice to address their business needs.
- Maintain relationships with old clients, and foster relationships with new ones.
