Compensation Range: $50,000 - $120,000 per year
This role has a base salary of $36,000 and average first year total compensation, including incentives, of $60,000 .

After successful completion of our Sales Training Program; our Salesperson will walk our customer through the entire vehicle buying process.

How do our Salesperson Drive Impact?
After successful completion of our Sales Training Program; our Salesperson will walk our customer through the entire vehicle buying process.
- Assist customer on buying desired vehicle
- Educate customers on financial products and financing options
- Able to maintain the unit average and the minimum performance that is required by the store
- Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Exceptional customer service skills.
- High level of detail orientation and accuracy.
- Proven experience working within a team environment.
- Familiarity with using Microsoft Office and being able to utilize other computer programs as needed.
- This position will require you to move around the dealership and is not limited to sitting, standing, reaching, bending, and lifting.
- Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred, not required.
