Compensation: $20.00-$24.00/hr
How do our Accounting Clerks Drive Impact?
Our Accounts Clerk will be someone who wants to continue to grow our accounting, finance, and corporate teams to support our dealerships across our 31 automotive retail locations. Some of the responsibilities would include:
Communicate with internal and external customers in a concise, effective, and friendly manner
Titling
- Prepare the Daily Bank Deposits
- Daily reconciliations include, but are not limited to:
- Cash
- Credit cards
- Accounts Receivable payments
- Parts Invoices
- Service Repair Orders
- Daily schedule reconciliation
- Accounts Receivable
- Process payments processed through CAP
- Accounts Receivable customer reconciliation
- Accounts Receivable customer requests for invoices
- Prepare monthly Accounts Receivable statements (mail and email options)
- Assist in annual accounting audit
- All other duties, tasks and/or projects as assigned
\n- Familiarity with technology such as CDK, OEM Website Portals and other various Banking Website Portals
- Must be a highly organized, detail orientated multi-tasker
- Must have strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office
- Must have good time management skills
- Must work well with a team
- Prior ADP/CDK experience strongly preferred
- A minimum of 2 years of relevant accounting experience required
