Compensation: $18.90 per hour increased based on production
How do our Semi-Skilled Technicians Drive Impact?
Our Semi-Skilled Technicians come in everyday and work hands on at our dealership alongside pros of the industry. You will become familiar with all of Walser’s vehicle line-up, the inner workings of our dealership, and will be an integral part of our service team.
Perform maintenance, including:
-Changing oil and filters
-Engine tune-ups
-Replace filters, belts, brakes, coolant hoses.
-Mount and balance tires
-Suspension
-Diagnose squeaks, rattles, leaks.
-Accessory installation (i.e., radios, floor mats, roof racks, etc.)
-Assure quality control with all vehicles through safe practices.

- Reliable, team player mentality
- High standard for quality and attention to detail
- Self-starter with capability to manage your day.
- Valid Driver’s License
- Must be 18 years of age.
