How do our Service Advisors Drive Impact?
Our Service Advisors work with the service team to provide customer satisfaction with customer concerns and repairs. Some of the responsibilities would include :
Acting as the face of Walser
Executing follow up techniques with customers
Understanding basic automotive repairs, executing follow up techniques, and communicating with customers
All other duties, tasks and / or projects as assigned
We're Looking For :
- High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Prior automotive experience
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Proven experience working in a team environment
- High level of detail orientation and accuracy
