We are seeking a qualified and passionate faculty member to join our innovative team. As an adjunct faculty member, you will play a pivotal role in the academic success and professional development of our students by delivering high-quality education while fostering critical thinking and providing students with real-world insights.

Your Responsibilities Include:
- Develop lesson plans, and instructional materials that align with departmental and institutional learning outcomes.
- Assess student learning through a variety of methods, including exams, assignments, projects, and presentations. Provide timely and constructive feedback to enhance student success.
- Maintain regular communication with students to provide support, guidance, and academic advisement as needed.
- Collaborate with other faculty members and administrative staff to enhance curriculum development, assessment practices, and instructional strategies.
- Participate in departmental meetings, workshops, and professional development activities to stay current with industry trends, best practices, and accreditation standards.
- Fulfill administrative duties, such as submitting grades, attendance records, and other required documentation in a timely manner.
Your Qualifications Include:
- A minimum of five years related professional work experience is required.
- Prior teaching experience at the college or university level preferred, but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and inspire students.
- Proven ability and commitment to fostering an inclusive and supportive learning environment promoting academic excellence.
- Ability to work collaboratively with colleagues and administrators to achieve departmental and institutional goals.
