ML Ops Engineer
Holmdel, NJ- hybrid working from home role with 3 days per week office based.
$145-170K plus bonus and excellent benefits package including generous pre-IPO stock options.

To be successful in this role:
You will be a confident ML Ops Engineer, with a minimum of 2 years of professional experience including proven experience deploying and managing machine learning models in production. Other requirements for this role include:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Proficiency in Python, including libraries like pandas and numpy
- Strong understanding of computer science fundamentals, including algorithms and data structures
- Experience with shell scripting on Linux and Windows platforms
- Knowledge of VMware operations and system administration
- Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a challenging and dynamic environment
- Flexibility to work across time zones, supporting teams in the US and Asia
- Preferred qualifications for this role include:
- Familiarity with data engineering tools and data pipeline management
- Experience using version control systems like SVN and Git, and tools such as Jira and Confluence
- Proficiency in setting up and configuring PCs, networks, and ESXi hosts

- Oversee ML pipeline operations, including ransomware acquisition, detonation analysis services, and recurring reporting
- Manage cloud services, optimize reports, collect and analyze data, and maintain logs
- Perform routine system administration tasks and manage VMware operations
- Acquire, analyze, and report on internally collected data through web crawling and data engineering tools
- Work closely with data engineers, software developers, and IT teams to ensure seamless integration of ML models into production environments
- Provide guidance and support within your assigned areas of responsibility
