Software Manager

Holmdel NJ- hybrid working from home role with 3 days per week office based.

170-180K plus bonus and excellent benefits package including generous pre-IPO stock options.

You must be a US citizen or Green Card holder to apply for this role.

To be successful in this role :

You will be a confident Software Manager with at least 10 years of software development experience, and at least 5 years in a technical management role within a product company.

Other requirements for this role include :

• Proven experience in C programming or similar languages within an Agile / Scrum environment
• Strong technical background in software development
• Leadership and team-building experience in a fast-paced, Agile environment
