General Summary
Ace of La Crosse is part of a Family Owned and Operated business that has been in operating for over 100 years. We are excited to have a position available in our Store for a Full-time Office Staff member. This position will primarily be doing Data Entry. Other duties will include answering the multiple phone system, office duties and little cashiering. The right candidate will be able to work independently and be able to multitask.
Data Entry
Assist with general office tasks.
Prepare daily deposits and paperwork.
Assist customers with issues with their accounts.
Accounts Receivable daily entering when necessary.
Create purchase orders and receiving.
Project a positive representation.
- Convey a positive attitude and professional phone etiquette.
Answer and monitor all calls and pages promptly, courteously and effectively.
Communicate any problem or issue that requires management assistance.
Register Operations
Follow all cash register transaction procedures.
Adhere to any program or promotion that may require implementation at the cash registers.
Other Duties
Helping plan in-store promotions.
Advertising monthly sales in the local newspaper and social media.
Experience
Cashier experience preferred. Customer service experience preferred.
Physical Demands
Standing, walking, lifting (up to 50lbs) and climbing.
