Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Project Superintendent initially needed to be on-site in Wyoming, with a remote option available between projects. The superintendent performs oversight of people, inventory, and equipment involved in construction projects. The position will lead and inspire the crew, see the overall picture, and direct the various crew members on their daily role as the project comes together. The superintendent will lead the meetings at the beginning and end of each day and have one-on-one conversations with other company leaders about their team and what is needed to complete the project. The superintendent is also tasked with holding crew members responsible when work is not completed.
Qualifications
- 5 years of experience as a superintendent
- Willing to travel for extended periods
- Ability to interpret and execute according to drawings, specifications, and other documents
- Experience in industrial construction
- Experience with Microsoft Excel, Word, Procore, as well as other software platforms
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $100,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
