Job Description: Task Lead

Position Summary:
WGI is seeking a Full-Time Task Lead position in the Fort Meade, MD area.
The Special Operations Forces (SOF) Targeting Training Element (STTE), working under USSOCOM, equips SOF personnel with advanced training in Signals Intelligence (SIGINT) tactics, techniques, and procedures (TTPs). This training emphasizes targeting through collection, network analysis, and evaluation across the Radio Frequency spectrum to enable the Find, Fix, Finish, Exploit, Analyze, and Disseminate (F3EAD) process.
Position Responsibilities:
- Supervising all contractor personnel, including oversight of surge hours and travel arrangements.
- Developing, planning, and setting project milestones.
- Organizing, scheduling, and coordinating logistics while managing the execution of culmination exercises and Full Mission Profile exercise support events.
- Monitoring deadlines, allocating resources, assessing risks, and tracking progress.
- Guaranteeing that all deliverables and course schedules are completed on time.
- Providing intelligence oversight (IO) for contractor staff.
- Ensuring contractor personnel complete initial IO training within 30 days of the start date and participate in required annual IO refresher training.
Requirements / Qualifications:
- Former military or government civilian Senior SIGINT Subject Matter Expert (within the last 10 years) with 15 years of SIGINT collection, analysis, and reporting experience in a deployed SOF environment, the support of SOF elements, Intelligence Community and/or HQ level.
- 10 years as a Program Manager/Task Lead in a military environment or schoolhouse
- 5 years of experience in launching, directing, and managing large scale programs and performing management functions such as planning, scheduling, organizing, and tracking processes, ensuring the feasibility of each project
- 3 years of experience in handling the day-to-day management and administration of a DoD task order/contract
- Possess excellent written and oral communications/presentation skills
- Certified Technical Trainer (CTT ) -OR- 2 years’ experience in curriculum development and implementation, podium lecturing, and classroom instruction
- TOP SECRET clearance and SCI eligible on Day 1 of performance
- A counterintelligence (CI) polygraph within the last 5 years
