At Walsworth, our team is the heart of our business, and we are currently looking for a Bindery - Assistant to join our team! As a Bindery - Assistant, you will support the production of high-quality magazines, catalogs, and other print materials. Key Responsibilities
- Bundle printed materials (magazines, catalogs, etc.) according to specifications.
- Ensure proper organization of printed materials for further processing.
- Follow verbal and written instructions from Press Room Operators and Manager to ensure accuracy in the bundling process.
- Inspect printed materials quality, ensuring any defects or issues are identified and addressed.
- Assist in lifting and moving bundles of printed materials, ensuring they are correctly stacked and prepared to be sent to Bindery.
Minimum Qualifications
- High school diploma.
- Basic proficiency in math and measuring tools.
- Ability to read and understand written and verbal instructions.
- Ability to stand for long periods (minimum of 12 hours per shift).
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and perform frequent light to moderate bending and walking.

Qualifications
- All applicants must have: Mechanical aptitude, able to follow written and verbal instructions, demonstrate, excellent attention to detail and complete minor equipment repairs.
