As a Commercial Property Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the properties under their control, including nurturing client and tenant relations and directing maintenance and repair. You will ensure that the properties are maintained to the highest standards, tenants' needs are met promptly, and financial goals are achieved. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the day-to-day operations of commercial properties, including office buildings, retail centers, and industrial spaces.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for tenants, addressing concerns and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Coordinate maintenance, repairs, and capital improvements to ensure properties are in excellent condition.
- Manage leasing and renewals, working with tenants and prospective tenants to negotiate lease terms and agreements.
- Develop and manage property budgets, ensuring expenses are controlled and financial performance meets expectations.
- Perform regular property inspections and ensure compliance with all safety, environmental, and zoning regulations.
- Prepare and deliver property reports, including financial reports, maintenance updates, and occupancy status to senior management and clients.
- Work closely with vendors, contractors, and service providers to obtain competitive pricing and maintain cost-effective operations.
Qualifications:
- Commercial property management experience.
- Strong knowledge of property management, leasing, and maintenance operations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with tenants, vendors, and team members.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
- Proficiency with property management software, Appfolio.
- Ability to analyze financial reports, budgets, and lease agreements.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
- Knowledge of local building codes, safety regulations, and real estate laws in New Mexico.
- A valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Salary/Pay:
- $52,000 per year bonuses and commissions
