Job Description
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join our team as a Ride Studio Business Operations Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing business plans for the Ride Studio, providing financial guidance, and collaborating with Ride executives on operating and financial strategies.
Key Accountabilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive business plans that align with strategic objectives.
- Provide financial guidance and analysis to inform business decisions and improve spending towards strategic goals.
- Collaborate with the Studio Leader, department executives, and individual project leaders to ensure alignment with strategic objectives.
Requirements:
- 7 years of experience in business management, finance, and/or operations-related positions.
- Proven track record of leading cross-functional teams and influencing strategic direction.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders.
